Shipping and Returns

- Shipping Policy -

I ship out within 7 days of receiving your payment.
All items are packed with care. It is important to me that your item reaches you in a timely manner and arrives safely.

U.S. deliveries are via FIRST CLASS MAIL and take 2-6 business days. Shipping includes delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL deliveries are via FIRST CLASS MAIL. This option is non-trackable, and may take 1-3 weeks.
(The post office does not guarantee the shipping times)

Important: I don't have any control over the postal office systems once your package is mailed. I don't take any responsibility for stolen, damage, lost, or late delivery. If you would like to pay insurance on your purchase please let me know.


International customers may be required to pay customs duty on packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient. I cannot legally mark packages as a 'gift' to avoid these duties. I will ship multiple items in the same jewelry box. PLEASE let me know in the comment box if the items being purchased are gifts and you need each individual item in their own jewelry box.

- Refund Policy -

All Sales are final.

FINAL SALES:  All products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. 

I do not refund for lost packages.
I am also not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address.
For any items that are returned, the shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.

Dissension in the quantities shipped, any damaged, or misplaced merchandises must be reported within 5 business days upon the day upon receipt of goods.

Any claims must be reported with in 5 business days(Monday through Friday) of the receipt of the order.  

You will need to acquire a Return Authorization Number from us and a clear definite proof for the return.  

We will not accept any returns for any damages that occur in your property(s).

The products have to be in original conditions We will also not accept any used and worn garments.  

At times,  we may request a photos of the products and garments or a document about the returns before we issue a Return Authorization Number.

FINAL SALES:  All products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. 

Write the Return Authorization number clearly and visibly on the box(s) or package(s).  We have the right to refuse any returns without a clear visible Return Authorization Number.  All return shipment will be paid at the buyer's expense with 15% restocking charge.   We will exchange or replace the returned merchandises.  If not possible, we will issue a credit memo to your account in our website.  We do not give cash refunds.
